This Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread Smells Exactly Like Fall

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 tbsp of pumpkin spice
  • 2 cups of canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of canola oil
  • 3 eggs at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine and whisk the dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and pumpkin spice.
  2. In another bowl, combine and mix the wet ingredients: canned pumpkin, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla, and oil.
  3. Slowly add your wet ingredients to the dry mixture and mix well.
  4. Add chocolate chips.
  5. Place in a bread pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 50–55 minutes.
