This Asparagus Frittata Will Win Over Your Heart

Ingredients

You’ll need 6 large eggs, 12 oz asparagus, 1 tomato, 2 tablespoons whipping cream, 3 oz Fontina, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Make sure to dice the tomatoes, grate the Fontina and chop the asparagus.

Instructions

Start by getting a bowl and fill it with the cream, eggs, pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt. Whisk everything together very well. In the meantime, set your broiler to preheat. Get a pan in which you should heat the butter together with the oil. Include the asparagus and saute it for 2 minutes. Turn up the heat to medium-high and add tomato and just a little bit of salt. Cook for 2 minutes, then include the eggs as well. Let it saute for 2 more minutes and pour the Fontina as well. You can now lower the heat and cook for 2 more minutes. Put the pan under the broiler and wait for the top part of the asparagus frittata to turn into a yellow shade. You can now enjoy the delicious frittata and add any spices that you like.
