Tomato

Looking for a salad ingredient that will help you to keep enough water in your system? Try cutting up a generous portion of tomatoes and dumping them on top. These red veggies are over 90% water, making them a perfect option.

Celery

Celery has the highest concentrations of water of any vegetable, clocking in about 96%. A great way to incorporate celery in your diet is to snack on this sometimes-bland vegetable with peanut butter, a great way to make it more flavorful.
