Lemonade

Lemonade is one of the most classic refreshing drinks of all time. When you think of a hot summer’s day at the pool, you aren’t thinking of a tall glass of water. Orange Juice

Iced Tea

Iced tea is also just about as classic a refreshing drink as you can find, and you can make it so that it’s super healthy. Sure, you could add sugar to it to give it that sweetness you crave. But if you’re looking for a healthier option, simply make it yourself and avoid putting any sugar in it!
