These Sundried Tomatoes Will Make Your Dishes Sing

Sundried tomatoes are like little jewels that add a sweet and tangy element to any dish. Put them in pasta, throw them in salad, or just pop them into your mouth—they’re that good.

Ingredients:

  • 300g cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • Pinch of salt
  • Drizzle of garlic infused oil or regular oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F. 
  2. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper and place the sliced cherry tomatoes face up. Season with the salt and oil.
  3. Bake the tomatoes in the oven for 1 hour and 40 minutes, or until dry and slightly charred.
  4. To store, place the tomatoes in a resealable jar and cover with oil.
