Jessica Leigh Clark-Bojin is best known for baking pop-culture-themed pies. She draws inspiration from video games, books, movies, music, and TV shows and she puts a lot of attention to detail into each of her masterful creations.
Loko Kitchen
Lauren Ko of Loko Kitchen is one of Instagram’s most popular pie bakers, with 300,000 followers and counting. Her pie and tart designs look like edible works of art, and they often feature naturally-colored dough, and striking cut-out patterns made with fruits and veggies.
Karin Pfeiff Boschek
Karin Pfeiff Boschek is so good at transforming pies into works of art that she even wrote a book on this subject matter, titled Elegant Pie. She has a similar approach to pie making as Lauren Ko, but she also utilizes sharp knives and shaped cookie cutters to craft her signature pies.
