Grilled Cheese For Goddesses
Crispy and flavor-filled, this sandwich is a step up from a normal grilled cheese.
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp. shallot, leek, scallions, and onion mixture, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- Cheddar cheese
- Butter
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- Mayonnaise
Directions:
- Combine onion mixture and garlic together with a sprinkling of cheese.
- Spread butter on one side of the bread and mayonnaise on the other side.
- Heap cheese mixture onto the mayonnaise side.
- Lay butter side onto the pan for about four minutes until the cheese is wonderfully crisp.
Niçoise Salad – Surprisingly Low Maintenance
This salad seems boujee, but all you have to do is cut up the ingredients, combine, and enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped into quarters
- 6.7-oz. jar tuna fillets
- 1/2 avocado, cubed
- 1/2c up Kalamata olives, halved
- 1/4 Fresh dill
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Sea salt and black pepper
