The prices of food have gone up around the world, but how much are you willing to pay for a cocktail? Most nights out include a drink or two, but if you’re looking for the most special cocktails in the world (with a price tag to boot), here is where to go.

London, England

London is known for having some of the best bars in the world, and it is also home to the third most-expensive. Found at The Tale Bar, the $7,000 drink named Salvatore’s Legacy features 1778 Clos de Griffier Vieux cognac, 1770 Kummel liqueur, Dubb Orange Curacao circa 1860, and two dashes of Angostura bitters circa the 1900s.

Las Vegas, United States

People tend to have a habit of returning from Las Vegas poorer than when they arrived. The Ono Cocktail from XS Nightclub could be one reason. Expensive ingredients such as Charles Heidsieck Champagne Charlie 1981 and Rémy Martin’s Louis XIII Black Pearl cognac, coupled with a pair of gold cufflinks and an 18-karat gold necklace with a black pearl and diamond, bring the drink to $10,000.

Tokyo, Japan

The Japanese are famous for loving their whisky, but at the Ritz-Carlton in Tokyo you will find a martini that is the most expensive cocktail in the world. The Diamonds Are Forever Martini is made with Absolut Elyx vodka, lime juice, and a one-carat diamond, all of which will set you back $19,000.
