These Cocktails are Low Calorie and Still Perfectly Delicious

Cocktails are so fun to enjoy with friends, but problems start when you have too many and start intaking a lot of calories from it. The calories from alcohol do not give you energy like other types of foods, so you do have to be careful with how much you consume. Luckily, there are some great drinks out there that are very low in calories that still taste great! You can order these drinks while you’re, making sure your bartender does not put in any simple syrup into the Moscow mule, or make them for yourself and friends at home!

Vodka Soda

  • 2 oz of vodka, gin, or any other clear liquor
  • 1 wedge of lemon
  • Ice
  • Seltzer to top

Add the vodka, gin, or other liquor to a glass. Squeeze in the lemon, fil the glass with ice, and top with the seltzer.

Moscow Mule

  • 2 oz of vodka
  • 1/2 a lime
  • 4 oz of ginger beer
  • Ice

Put the ice into the glass first. Then, juice the half of the lime into the glass, which should come out to be about 1 tablespoon. Add the vodka to the lime juice. Finally, top with the ginger beer and stir.
