There is a New Girl Scout Cookie Coming Our Way

Picking between Girl Scout Cookie flavors is about to get harder than ever. The Girl Scouts of the USA recently announced that they are adding a new cookie to their lineup in the form of brownie-inspired Adventurefuls.

The cookie, which consists out of a brownie base, caramel-flavored crème filling, and dash of sea salt, will have a nationwide rollout in the 2022 season.

While most of us will have to wait 140 more days to get our hands on the Adventurefuls, according to the countdown on the Girl Scouts of the USA website, some folks have already managed to try them.

Judging by their reactions, Adventurefuls will be an instant hit and they’ll join the list of fan favorites that include Thin Mints, Peanut Butter Patties, and Samoas (Caramel deLites).

Two thousand twenty-two will be the second-straight year in which a new flavor is added to the Girl Scout Cookie lineup. This year saw Toast-Yay, a French-toast-inspired cookie dipped in icing, making its debut. However, unlike Adventurefuls, Toast-Yay was available in only selected areas.

The upcoming cookie season, with Adventurefuls and eight other flavors in the lineup, is expected to start in January and last through April. It should see a full return of door to door sales, which was halted due to coronavirus pandemic
