Usually people discard the leaves of the celery, but don’t! Use them in place of lettuce in a super crunchy salad. Slice up a sweet red apple to counteract the slight bitterness of the celery leaves and stalk, toss in some nuts and dress it in whatever you’re in the mood for.
Easy Apple Crumble
Apples are obviously amazing in sweets, and making a crumble could not be easier. Toss whatever type of apples you like in lemon juice and some flour, spread it at the bottom of a pie dish or regular baking dish, and cover with a topping of butter, flour, oats, sugar, and cinnamon mixed together.
