You need the following ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 cup + 3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup cinnamon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Grab a muffin tin before you start and set the oven to 440 F degrees. You will need to turn the tin upside down, so that you can create the churro bowls.
The first step is to melt the butter. Combine it with sugar, water, salt, and vanilla. Wait until the liquid starts to simmer, and wait for 5 minutes. Don’t forget to mix it. When those 5 minutes are up, include the flour. Mix constantly, to prevent any clumps. You will get a large ball-shaped churro dough.
Put the pot on the side and wait for it to cool down a little. You can now include one of the eggs, and start beating the mixture. When you’re done, add the second egg and do the same.
You will need a pastry bag to create the churros, with a star-shaped opening on the tip.
Grab the muffin tin, turn it, and grease the surface with cooking spray. Put the dough in the pastry bag, and start pressing it to create the churro bowls around the muffin cups.
When you’re done, put the tin in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve the bowls with ice cream and whichever toppings that you want to add.
