Omelets are a great opportunity to add some veggies into your diet. If you really want to level-up your omelets, add any of these veggies and some cheese and voila! Spinach

Spinach is one of those superfoods that needs to be included in everyone’s diet! This leafy green is packed with iron, vitamins, and potassium. We recommend cutting it into small pieces, so that it easily works with the flavors of the omelet (and it won’t make you feel like you’re just eating leaves for breakfast!).
