The Best Baked Goods from Trader Joe’s

Trader Joe’s is our go-to grocery store when we’re in search of novelty products and seasonal snacks, but they also never disappoint when it comes to produce and other daily staples. We especially love their bakery section for everything from baguettes to bagels to brioche and more.

The quality of TJ’s baked goods is always high and we find that the bakery section offers a perfect balance between familiar favorites and exciting new treats, which we look forward to discovering with every shopping trip. Here are a few of the ones we’ve been buying on repeat.

Pão D’Água Portuguese Rolls

Pão D’Água is Portuguese for “water bread,” while that name may sound boring, don’t let it fool you. An authentic Portuguese baker uses simple ingredients to create rolls with a crunchy crust and a soft and chewy inside.

Vegan Brioche

Brioche is a bread traditionally made with a lot of egg and butter, so we were psyched to discover that Trader Joe’s has a vegan version. It’s a delicious option for French toast and also makes a great vehicle for a plant-based BLT.

Sea Salt Brownie Bites

If there’s one food trend we hope never goes away, it’s the sweet and salty flavor combo. Chocolate just tastes better when sprinkled with a little salt, and these brownies are a testament to that. They’re fudgy, chewy, and studded with chocolate chips – all of the things sweet dreams are made of.
