]]>So this summer, when you’re breaking out the grill for your steaks, kebabs, and corn on the cobs, try this grilled watermelon recipe, too. You’ll probably love it.
Heat up a grill to medium heat. If you don’t have a grill, you can use a grill pan. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the juice and zest of a lime, honey, and olive oil. Whisk together.
Cut your watermelon into wedges or cubes according to your preference. Brush the liquid mixture all over the watermelon. Place the watermelon on the grill. Cook until the watermelon gets grill marks and the fruit softens. It should take about two minutes per side. Serve the watermelon with torn mint leaves and flaky sea salt sprinkled over top. Enjoy!

Watermelon is over 95% water, unsurprisingly, so one fantastic way to enjoy it is by freezing it and eating it as if it were a popsicle. You can cut them into cubes, put a piece of it on a stick, or freeze a whole slice in order to enjoy frozen watermelon in different ways.
Believe it or not, grilling watermelon is another fantastic way to enjoy this fruit. Add lime zest, sugar, and a little bit of red pepper to a slice of the fruit, plop it onto the grill, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. You’ll be amazed at how sweet and savory it comes out tasting.
Watermelon can easily be made into a juice by putting it into a food processor or using a specialized fruit juicer in order to make a sweet, pleasant fruit juice that you will love chilled and drunk on a hot day.

Watermelon tastes great if prepared with a little bit of sugar and lime zest before putting it on the grill. If you’re looking to make it a little bit spicy, you can even try sprinkling on some red pepper flakes in order to give it a truly unique taste!
Pineapple is probably the most popular fruit to prepare in this manner, and with good reason. The smoky flavor that the grill imparts on this fruit is highly attractive, and the caramelization of the sugars also are a huge plus for the flavor.
Grilled peaches are a fantastic side dish option and can also be the perfect complement to a dessert such as vanilla ice cream. Cinnamon sugar butter is often added to these peaches in order to give them a warm and delectable quality that you’ll never get tired of.
