Study the Parisian Kitchen with the Help of Clotilde Dusoulier

Dining out in Paris is an experience in and of itself. Know for its exquisite cuisine, French cooking is anything but underestimated. But as international travel isn’t in the cards for most of us, we might as well invite Paris inside our kitchens. Here to show us the ropes is award-winning food writer Clotilde Dusoulier.

The mastermind behind the food blog Chocolate & Zucchini, Dusoulier makes French cooking actually achievable, dispelling its many myths and demystifying it, dish by dish.

“My signature style is this: simple, approachable recipes with a creative twist that will make you want to rush into the kitchen and try them out on your friends and family,” she writes on her website, welcoming all cooks at all levels to come along.

“My ambition is not just to share recipes,” says Dusoulier, “it’s to teach and inspire, so you can grow as a cook, develop your repertoire, and eventually learn to cook without recipes at all. I am not just passionate about food and cooking: I am also fascinated by the stories behind the food, and you’ll see my posts are full of those, too.”

Dusoulier’s cookbooks include The French Market Cookbook and Tasting Paris, but you can also show your support online by following her blog and Instagram page.
