Start Your Day With The Best Deviled Eggs

Are you always on the lookout for very fast, easy breakfast recipes? Deviled eggs never get boring, plus they are done in only 20 minutes. You can make more and enjoy them for two days in a row.

Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • bacon cut into small pieces
  • 2 teaspoons sweet gherkin pickle juice
  • paprika
  • 1 tablespoon softened butter
  • dash Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  • Start by hard-boiling the 12 eggs. Peel them, then cut them in halves, lengthwise.
  • Be very careful and take out the yolks. Place them all in a bowl.
  • Now, mix the yolks with the dijon mustard, yellow mustard, pickle juice, butter, Tabasco sauce, mayo, sugar, salt, pepper. When you add all the ingredients you can mash them all together.
  • Grab a spoon and you can now fill the eggs. Place the halves on a plate and start adding a spoon of the filling in each one. Top them off with the bacon, sweet gherkin pickle and paprika.

These deviled eggs are such a tasty breakfast recipe. What’s even better you can use leftover eggs from the previous day and prepare them even if you have little time.
