The end of August marks the annual return of Starbucks’ long-awaited, highly-coveted, and most iconic beverage: the Pumpkin Spice Latte. The drink has become a symbol of autumn unlike any other, with a devoted following and a meme-culture surrounding it you’d be hard-pressed to find for any other seasonal product. All of that said, the PSL isn’t Starbucks’ only fall drink. There are several other options that are just as delicious, and they even put a new twist on an old favorite this year. Here are the drinks we’ll be sipping all season long.

Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

We may be well into September, but that doesn’t mean the warm summer weather is completely behind us yet. If you’re in the mood for a bit of pumpkin flavor but aren’t ready to commit to a hot beverage yet, try this cold brew coffee topped with pumpkin-flavored cold foam.

Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato

This drink made its debut in the fall of 2021 but is back this year with a couple of updates. It’s now prepared with oat milk by default, making it a great option for those who can’t have dairy. Regular espresso has been replaced with Starbucks’ blonde blend, which has a lighter flavor that pairs perfectly with brown sugar apple syrup.

Caramel Apple Spice

Whether you’re avoiding caffeine or the idea of pumpkin and apple flavored coffee doesn’t appeal to you, you can’t go wrong with a steaming hot mug of Starbucks’ Caramel Apple Spice. It’s basically steamed cider sweetened with cinnamon dolce syrup. To make it even more indulgent, we recommend adding a drizzle of caramel on top.
