Spinach Dip Cobb Loaf is the Best Party Trick

Ingredients:

  • 100 g baby spinach leaves
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cobb loaf
  • 1 pack french onion soup
  • 250 g softened cream cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions:

  1. Set the oven to 190 C degrees and prepare a baking tray.
  2. Cut the cobb loaf in the top part and remove the soft part of the bread from the inside. Keep both the bread and the top part that you cut off.
  3. Cut the baby spinach into pieces.
  4. Mix the french onion soup, sour cream, and softened cream cheese together. You can do it with a mixer as well.
  5. Include the baby spinach and mozzarella. Mix again, then add pepper and salt.
  6. Add this mixture to the inside of the cobb loaf, put the top part back on and cover the spinach dip cobb loaf with foil.
  7. Place it on the baking tray and leave it in the oven for 40 minutes.
  8. When the time is up, take off the foil and place the bread pieces on the tray. Continue baking for 10 to 15 more minutes.
