Ingredients:
- Kosher salt
- 1 packet of spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1lb clams
- 2lb mussels
- 1lb peeled and deveined raw shrimp
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 jar of marinara sauce
- fresh flat-leaf parsley
- crushed red peppers
Instructions:
- Boil a large pot of salted water before adding the pack of spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packaging.
- In a separate pot, pour the wine and add the clams, mussels, and shrimp. Steam over a medium-low temperature until the clams and mussels are open.
- Place the shrimp in a separate bowl and remove about half of the clams and mussels from their shells
- Pour marinara sauce into the pot with cooking liquid and stir vigorously. Cook for about 5 minutes over a medium heat until it simmers.
- Finally, add the spaghetti, shrimp, and clams to the marinara sauce, topping it all off with parsley and red peppers.
