Ingredients:
- 250 grams of cashews (natural, unroasted)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons maple
- coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- tabasco (about 8 drops)
Instructions:
- Put the cashews in a large mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix the cashews with the sauce and flatten them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 320-340 F and stir in a pan every few minutes until the cashews are golden.
- Allow cooling until everything is dry, crispy, and delicious. If after cooling cashew are still a bit sticky, you can return them to the oven for a few more minutes and let them dry completely.
- The roasted cashews can be stored in a glass jar and are well preserved for up to 10 days after preparation.
