    Ingredients:

    • 250 grams of cashews (natural, unroasted)
    • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons maple
    • coarse salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
    • tabasco (about 8 drops)

    Instructions:

    1. Put the cashews in a large mixing bowl.
    2. In another bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
    3. Mix the cashews with the sauce and flatten them on a baking sheet.
    4. Bake in a preheated oven at 320-340 F and stir in a pan every few minutes until the cashews are golden.
    5. Allow cooling until everything is dry, crispy, and delicious. If after cooling cashew are still a bit sticky, you can return them to the oven for a few more minutes and let them dry completely.
    6. The roasted cashews can be stored in a glass jar and are well preserved for up to 10 days after preparation.
