The concept of a stir fry is easy to understand – as the name suggests, you simply throw your ingredients in a pan and stir them up until ready. Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Start by mixing up a succulent sauce, consisting of chicken broth, beef broth, honey, garlic and hot sauce. You can also throw in some ginger and sesame oil to spice it up further. Cut up strips of a tender piece of steak such as a flank and throw them in your pan alongside small pieces of broccoli.
