The battle between Coca-Cola and Pepsi is almost as old as time. Yet, the latter definitely wins when it comes to its assortment of interesting flavors.

Over the years, Pepsi has brought out versions that taste like mango, ginger, salted caramel, and even hot chocolate! The most recent release was Pepsi Peeps which was reintroduced this past February for a limited time.

The brand is returning to the fruit aisle with its latest flavor: pineapple.

The sweet drink first popped up in 2020, and it has returned three summers later. The difference is that this time, it will only be found at a specific location.

Pepsi and Little Caesars have teamed up, with Pepsi Pineapple available exclusively at the pizza parlors. And yes, it does have something to do with Hawaiian pizza.

“Together with Pepsi, we’re satisfying ALL pineapple lovers, regardless of how they feel about it as a pizza topping,” says Greg Hamilton who is the Chief Marketing Officer of Little Caesars. “The Pineapple Pair-Up Combo gives our customers an exclusive opportunity to enjoy the tropical taste on their Thin Crust pizza, in their Pepsi, or both.”

The Pineapple Pair-Up Combo will be available from July 17 for a limited time.

So if you can’t bring yourself to put pineapple on your pizza, this is the next best thing.
