- 2 servings of your preferred noodles
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 heaping teaspoon of grated ginger
- 2 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Cook your chosen noodles to al dente following the package instructions. Once cooked, drain them while reserving about 1/3 cup of the cooking water for later.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, toasted sesame oil, chili flakes or oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
- Gradually stir in the reserved noodle water, a little at a time, until the sauce reaches a creamy consistency that can easily coat the noodles.
