Oreo has come out with several flavors in the 111 years that it’s been around, but its newest might be its most ambitious yet. Labeled “The Most Oreo Oreo,” it is, as you can imagine, the Oreo that aims to put all others to shame. But in a world where Birthday Cake, Pumpkin Spice, and S’mores Oreos all exist, what is this version filled with, you ask? Well, other Oreos!
“These cookies and creme flavored OREO cookies are full of themselves. Literally,” reads the description of the sweet treat. “Each kosher OREO cookie is filled with extra layers of OREO Cookies-N-Creme, making them supremely dunkable and delicious.”
Not only is Nabisco going all Inception with this flavor, it is also using it to launch the Oreo metaverse, deemed The Oreoverse. Accessed through the virtual reality game Meta Horizon Worlds using a Meta Quest 2 or Meta Quest Pro headset, or through the Oreoverse website, it is the place where fans can play cookie-themed games and stand a chance of winning $50,000. Just imagine all the Oreos you could buy with that!
If you can’t wait to get your hands on The Most Oreo Oreos, they are currently available for pre-sale on Oreo.com. The cookies will land in shops around the world on January 30.
