It’s no secret that pizza is one of the most delicious and most popular foods around. But it can be a bit of a process to make at home with all of that dough work, and sometimes you just can’t be bothered. So if you want to make pizza but don’t feel like breaking out the stand mixer, here are some ways you can make pizza without dough.

Tortilla Pizza

If you’re the thin crust pizza type or just trying to cut down on calories, you’ll probably love tortilla pizzas. It’s as simple as you think, just putting sauce and cheese on a tortilla and baking it in the oven or the toaster oven (that’s actually how you make all of these). The result is crispy, light, and delicious.

Pita Pizza

A more heavy-duty version of a no-dough pizza that’s good for a lunch or even a light dinner is a pita pizza. Just buy some pita bread, cut it in half, and each side turns into it’s own mini personal pizza.

Pizza Bagels

Pizza bagels aren’t just for kids. They’re absolutely delicious no matter what your age—and they give you an excuse to eat pizza for breakfast.

All of these pizzas can be topped with your favorite toppings from mushrooms to pepperoni to pineapple if that’s your thing.
