Nespresso and Keurig are probably the most popular coffee pod machines on the market. They allow customers to quickly and easily prepare barista-grade coffee in the comfort of their homes. But what’s the difference between them? Find out below.

Price

This is probably one of the things you are interested the most in. Nespresso models are, on average, more expensive than Keurig’s. The prices of Nespresso machines range from $150 to $300+, while most Keurig machines cost around $100. Also, Nespresso pods are slightly more expensive than Keurig’s.

Availability of Pods

Keurig pods are usually widely available across the United States, which isn’t a surprise considering it is a dominant brand in the US market. Nespresso pods, on the other hand, might be harder to find in some parts of the country.

Selection of Drinks

Nespresso mainly focuses on espresso and coffee drinks. Keurig, on the other hand, offers users various hot beverages, including hot chocolate and tea.

Quality of Coffee

Nespresso is widely considered to make a better coffee that is more flavorful and closer to the ones made with traditional coffee machines. Keurig is more on the drip-coffee spectrum, so it might underwhelm selective coffee lovers.
