The foundation of their signature desserts is the Japanese rice cake by the name of mochi, molded from short-grain glutinous rice. It’s a popular New Year’s treat in Japan, but it can be eaten all year-round – even in NYC, thanks to Mochidoki.

Their take on this traditional dessert is “made from premium ice cream wrapped in a thin layer of chewy mochi rice cake, for a refined yet playfully delicious dessert experience”, and they pride themselves in using the finest ingredients from all around the world to ensure quality and taste.

The list of flavors they have in store ranges from timeless classics, such as coconut, vanilla, and chocolate, to new exotic trends, including ube and matcha. They can be ordered online (and admired on Instagram) before it’s safe again for Mochidoki to open its doors to customers in Soho.
