Ingredients:

  • Assorted fresh fruits (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mangoes, kiwis, and peaches)
  • Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • Natural sweetener (such as honey or maple syrup)
  • Granola or crushed nuts for topping

Instructions:

  1. Begin by washing and preparing the fresh fruits. Slice them into bite-sized pieces and set them aside.
  2. Take a clear glass or jar and start layering the ingredients. Begin with a spoonful of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
  3. Drizzle a little natural sweetener over the yogurt and stir well to combine.
