Making Cinnamon Sweet Potato Fries is Easy!

Have you ever tried making sweet potato fries before? This side dish is one of my favorites thanks to its versatility and delicious taste. 

Did you know that you can actually make a sweet version of this dish which is great as a dessert item? Cinnamon sweet potato fries are a unique take on the traditional version, and I can guarantee that you will end up loving them. Here’s how to make them!

Ingredients

  • Two large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Instructions

  • Start off by preheating your oven to 400 F and lining a baking tray with aluminum foil.
  • After this, cut your two large sweet potatoes into long slices about a ½ inch thick. Place them into a bowl.
  • When you’re finished cutting the sweet potato slices, add the melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon to the bowl. Mix thoroughly, ensuring that an even coat of the ingredients is put on the fries.
  • Next, arrange the fries on the aluminum foil and place them into the oven for 15 minutes. Remove the tray, flip the fries, and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
  • Take them out of the oven, allow them to cool, and enjoy!
