Make This Deliciously Health Green Salad Today

If you have a hard time forcing yourself to eat salads, we get it. We also aren’t always inclined to eat our daily dose of greens. That is, until we tried this delicious salad, which is so flavorful and so easy to make. The dressing is filled with tons of nutrients and is super creamy. You can change up whatever ingredients you feel like. Trust us, you’ll want to eat this for lunch or dinner every day after making it.


  • Half a cabbage
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 4 mini cucumbers

For the dressing:

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup chives
  • 1 cup dill
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup raw, unsalted cashews
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 teaspoon salt


  1. Add all of the dressing ingredients to a blender, starting with the liquid. Pulse until smooth to combine.
  2. Meanwhile, chop the salad ingredients into small pieces and add them to a large bowl. 
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix well to evenly coat. Eat immediately.
