Ingredients

If you want to amp up your taco game you will need 2 eggs, 1 head cauliflower, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 lime juice, salt, pepper, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder. Grab all these things and get to work. The cauliflower tortilla tacos will take you around half an hour to make.

How To Make Them

Grab the cauliflower, separate to florets and blend in a food processor. Eventually you want the cauliflower to be rice-like in consistency and size. Transfer processed cauliflower to a bowl and add salt to your liking. Preheat the oven on 190˚C, and microwave the cauliflower in the meantime for four minutes. Drain the liquid and squeeze all the water. Add the eggs, pepper, lime juice, oregano, chili powder, and paprika and mix everything together. Split it into 6 portions and make tortilla shapes. Bake for 10 minutes.
