Do you love zoodles? It’s amazing how much they taste like pasta! And if you love zoodles there are so many other delicious veggie noodles waiting to be discovered. With just a spiralizer, vegetable peeler, julienne peeler, or mandoline slicer, you can make your very own veggie noodles. Here are five to try.

Butternut Squash Noodles

For a taste of fall, you have to give butternut squash noodles a try. These should be cooked, so lightly sauté them with a drizzle of olive oil for a minute or two or until they’re slightly softened.

Carrot Noodles

Carrot noodles are great on their own, but they taste even better with other veggie noodles like beets, kohlrabi, and cucumber noodles. You don’t even need to cook these!

Beet Noodles

These noodles are almost as fun to look at as they are delicious. They can be served lightly sautéed or raw.

Summer Squash Noodles

Summer squash noodles are most similar in texture and flavor to zucchini noodles and they taste amazing raw or lightly sautéed.

Sweet Potato Noodles

Similar to butternut squash noodles, sweet potato noodles should be lightly sautéed for their best flavor.
