Gin and tonics are perfect for summer. They’re light, refreshing, easy to make, and most of all, they’re absolutely delicious. And if you love tonic, you have to try it in other cocktails. It’s a delicious addition to cocktails. Here are three cocktails with tonic that you have to try this season.

Paloma and Tonic

A Paloma typically has grapefruit soda, tequila, and fresh juice, but this version replaces the juice with tonic. To make this cocktail, combine two ounces of grapefruit, two ounces of tonic, and an ounce and a half of blanco tequila in a tall glass with ice. Stir everything together and garnish it with a rosemary sprig and a slice of grapefruit.

Sherry and Tonic

This drink is ideal for day drinking and it’s super refreshing. All you need is to fill a small wine glass with ice and add 2.5 ounces fino sherry and 2.5 ounces tonic. Give the drink a stir and garnish it with lime wedges and a mint sprig.

Spanish-Style Gin & Tonic

This Spanish take on the classic gin and tonic starts with placing two 2-inch lime peels in a balloon glass skin-side up and pressing them with a muddler to release the oils. Then add thin slices of cucumber to the glass and muddle them. Add 1.5 ounces of gin and stir. Fill with three ounces of tonic and stir. Complete the drink by garnishing it with cucumber slices and a lime wedge.
