Fancy a drink? Well, you’re in luck because Liquor.com has announced the winners of its inaugural awards. The purpose of the Liquor Awards is to honor the venues and bartenders who are bringing something innovative to the cocktail game.

The website prides itself on being a beacon in the alcohol industry, offering a variety of recipes based on your tipple of choice, as well as providing insights into news and trends. So, naturally, their opinion counts for something.

“Liquor.com has always strived to create a platform that showcases the incredible folks who power the drinks industry and the meaningful work that they do,” stated Alexis Doctolero, Vice President of Liquor.com. “The Liquor awards are a natural extension of this mission. We believe these winners and finalists represent the people and places that exemplify the best of the American drinks industry today, and we are honored to celebrate them.“

So, who won what?

Café La Trova in Miami, Florida was voted the Best Restaurant Bar. The Cuban-inspired establishment features live music performed by authentic Trovan musicians and a drinks menu filled with rum and tequila.

The award for Best New Bar was awarded to Happy Accidents in Albuquerque, New Mexico which is also a distillery with a craft-distiller license; while Masahiro Urushido from Katana Kitten in New York City (which won the award for Expertise in Hospitality) was named Best Bartender.
