For the recipe, you’ll need 1 cup raw walnuts, 18-20 pitted dates, 1/4 cup roasted salted peanuts, 1 cup non-dairy bittersweet chocolate and 1/4 cup vegan caramel sauce. You can always substitute the walnuts with almonds or cashews.
How To Make The Bars:
The best thing about these vegan snickers bars is the fact that they are very easy to make compared to other recipes. Put the dates in a food processor and blend them into small pieces. Then, also add the walnuts until you get a dough mixture. Put it in a pan over parchment paper with a thickness of around 1/4 inches. It should stay in the fridge for around 5 minutes. When you take it out, cut into 8 pieces. Add the caramel sauce on top and put the pan in the freezer for 15 minutes. Five minutes before you take it out, start melting the chocolate. Dip every piece in chocolate and place them on a baking sheet. Put them back in the freezer for around 10 minutes.
