If you can’t wait for the fall to enjoy pumpkin spice-flavored food and drinks, then Krispy Kreme has your back. The coffeehouse chain decided now is a good time as any to spice up its menu with some pumpkin spice by offering a new lineup of pumpkin spice doughnuts and coffee drinks.
Krispy Kreme’s doughnut lineup will see the return of familiar faces in Pumpkin Spice Cake and Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed doughnuts. The chain will also introduce two new doughnut flavors, Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Swirl and Pumpkin Spice Maple Pecan.
The Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Swirl is actually the Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed doughnut topped with pumpkin-flavored buttercream icing with cream cheese icing swirl and dusted with cinnamon sugar.
The Pumpkin Spice Maple Pecan is also a variation of the Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed doughnut that has been dipped in maple icing and then sprinkled with candied pecans.
If you want something to wash down these pumpkin spice doughnuts, you can get Pumpkin Spice Latte or Pumpkin Spice Coffee. Both drinks come in hot, iced, or frozen varieties.
Krispy Kreme’s pumpkin spice lineup is already available in the chain’s locations nationwide and is staying there through the fall. You can either forget the date on the calendar and give it a taste right away or wait until the rains and gloomy clouds set the mood. It is entirely up to you.
