Jack in the Box is Offering Free Tacos on Tuesdays Indefinitely

Jack in the Box joined in on the Taco Tuesday craze with a promotion that excited taco lovers across the nation. The fast-food chain announced this week that it will be giving away free tacos every Tuesday indefinitely.

It all started with Taco John’s losing its trademark for “Taco Tuesday” and making the term “free for use.” Taco Bell jumped on the opportunity by announcing that it will be giving away free Doritos Locos Tacos every Tuesday through September 5.

This prompted Jack in the Box to do one better and give members of Jack Pack, the chain’s free loyalty program, two tacos for any purchase “every tuesday AND tuesnight.”

Announcing the promotion on social media, Jack in the Box said that “there shouldn’t be a timeline on tacos.”

Does this mean that you could be getting free tacos from Jack in the Box on Tuesdays for the rest of your life? Maybe. The fast food chain didn’t share any details about how long the promotion will last, saying free tacos will be around until “you run out of hot sauce.”

“We’re picking up where Taco Bell is leaving taco lovers off because Jack in the Box is here for you Tuesday and Tuesnight, not just until September,” said the company in a statement provided to the media.
