Today, we will show you how you can prepare healthy sweet potatoes soup with a bit of chilly burst in it.
Ingredients:
- 1 large pinch of chili flakes
- 750 grams peeled and coarsely chopped sweet potato
- Few garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 large onion
- 15 grams butter
- Sea salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Chilly infused olive oil for garnishing
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Vegetable stock
Follow these simple steps:
- Heat the butter in a large pan and then sauté the onion with it gently.
- After few minutes, add garlic and chili flakes. Sauté the mixture well
- Add vegetable stock and sweet potato at a lower flame. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes until potatoes become soft
- Do the seasoning according to the taste of sea salt and black pepper
- Pour into bowls and garnish, ready to serve
