How to Prepare Cream Filled Puffs at Home

Isn’t it nice to have a quick recipe at hand for creating one of the best desserts at home? And with whip cream involved, things just get more delicious. Here is a recipe you can use to make cream filled puffs at home.


4 eggs
2 packets of instant vanilla pudding mixture
1 cup milk
2 cups of heavy cream
Half a cup butter
1 cup water
¼ teaspoon salt
A cup of all-purpose flour


Start by mixing vanilla instant pudding with cream and milk. Cover the mixture and refrigerate. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C. Bring water and butter to rolling boil in a large sized pot. Add in salt and flour.

Make a ball from the mixture. Now take a mixing bowl and transfer the dough into it. With your hand or with a wooden spoon, add and beat in the eggs. Drop these through tablespoonfuls over an ungreased baking sheet. Bake the mixture for 20-25 minutes. Observe that the golden brown color.

When cooled, split the shell and fill in the pudding mixture. Serve and enjoy.
