How to Perfect Cripsy Buttery Garlic Rice

Ingredients:

  • day-old long-grain rice preferably brown rice
  • chopped garlic
  • butter
  • olive oil
  • fresh parsley (to garnish)
  • frying pan
  • pepper
  • pink salt
  • side dish (fish maybe)
  • white onions
  • egg

Instructions:

  1. Coat a large frying pan with butter and olive oil.
  2. Fry the sliced garlic pieces until golden brown.
  3. Chuck in the rice and fry it along with the oil and butter until you hear a popping sound.
  4. Now fry an egg and place it on top.
  5. Add some chopped white onions for topping.
