That said, making a tasty grilled cheese is easier said than done, so here’s a simple guide for preparing it to perfection.

Choosing the Bread and Cheese

The bread and the cheese are obviously a crucial part of this concoction, so you’d better make sure that you’re choosing your resources well. In other words, it doesn’t matter what you do later if you choose a bread that doesn’t taste good in the first place, or cheese that’s been sitting around for a month. So choose your bread and cheese seriously!

Prepping it

Now for the fun stuff. Spread butter on both sides of both slices of bread. If you feel that’s too much butter, one side for each slice is just fine too. Load each slice of bread up with a few slices of cheese, and we’d recommend being extra generous.
