How to make the exquisite Greek Salad

Ingredients:
250g lettuce leaves
3 finely chopped tomatoes
1 English cucumber
1 Medium sized red onions cut into circles
1 green pepper cut into thin pieces
¾ cup feta cheese
¾ cup kalamata olive
6 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
One hand a half tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp dried oregano

Method:

Mix all the dressing ingredients including feta cheese, kalamata olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, wine vinegar and dried oregano together as per your taste. Mix in all vegetables including lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onions and pepper. Combine the mixture well in a large bowl. Toss with preferred dressings and sprinkle cheese. Serve in small bowls.
