Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup pickle brine
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 small jalapeño
Instructions:
- Get a large bowl. Pour the bell pepper, pickle brine, garlic, dill, lime juice, jalapeño, onions, and pickles into the bowl. Season with salt if you want.
- Refrigerate the bowl for 30 minutes, covering the top with plastic wrap.
