  1. Start off by picking the flavors you want for the sorbet. You can make it with just one flavor or combine all your favorite fruits.
  2. If the fruits are not frozen, put them on a sheet tray and into the freezer for about 4 hours until they are frozen.
  3. Put the fruits in a high-speed blender or food processor with honey and some lemon juice. Purée until smooth and then transfer into a long rectangular container.
  4. Put the mixture in the freezer at least overnight and that is all! You have perfect sorbet for any occasion.
  5. To serve, just scoop out the sorbet with an ice cream scooper and garnish with the fruits you used in the sorbet or fresh herbs.
