Eggs are known for being an excellent source of proteins – one large egg contains up to 6 grams of this precious nutrient! But eggs are not the only protein-dense food that we can enjoy every day. Here is a list of healthy, high-protein foods that should be the foundation of your diet! 

Peanuts

Tofu
