How To Cut The Avocado
Take a ripe avocado and cut lengthwise around the pit. Be careful not to cut into the pit. Hold the avocado firmly with two hands and twist each half until they separate. Scoop out the pit with a spoon.
Grab a knife and make criss-cross cuts through the avocado and remove the soft cubed pieces. Mash the cubes into the desired texture.

Finishing the Dip
Add all other ingredients in a large bowl (except tortilla chips) with the mashed avocado. Stir together so all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Serve with the tortilla chips or spread on top of a taco.
