Few things are so simple yet so delicious as thumbprint cookies. They are one of the most basic desserts you can make around the holidays and everyone will love them! Their version of thumbprint cookies is made with almonds and two types of jam. They put apricot ham on one half and cherry jam on the other half of the cookies.
