It’s always hard to get through that period of time between meals without reaching for something unhealthy. Luckily, these snacks will get you through and make your tummy very happy. 

Fruit Kebabs

If you need a lot of variety to enjoy fruit then fruit kebabs are the perfect snack for you because they combine a lot of fruits all in one bite! You can add anything you want, but it’s best if you pick things that are of similar shape. Some good combinations are strawberries, melons, pineapples, grapes, but you can totally customize them! 

Rice Cakes

Rice cakes are a really versatile vehicle, especially for snacks! A great way to load them up with healthy goodies is by smearing peanut butter all over them and topping them with fruit like bananas or apples and a sprinkle of cinnamon really brings the whole thing to life. 

Stuffed Dates

Dates are not only a delicious treat, but they are a much better alternative to traditional candy or sweet treats! Dried fruit also helps you maintain good blood sugar, so they’re a nice treat to have in the afternoon. To take them one step further, stuff them with nut butter, almond butter, or tahini, and sprinkle a little sea salt on top to make them pop.
