Ingredients for the dough: Recipe for 2 breads 1/2 cup of water (warm) 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp active yeast 8 cups of flour 1 cup of sugar 2 sticks of butter (1 cup ) 1 cup of milk 1 egg. . For the stuffing of the breads ( each): 1/3 cup of raisins 1/3 cup olives 1/2 lbs ham 4 slices of bacon. . Note: finish by brushing the breads with egg wash, then bake them for 1 hr 30 min. .
